Cabbage Rolls

Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil.Cut center core out of cabbage and place,core side down,在沸水中。Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. 卷心菜煮的时候,heat oil in pan over med-high heat and sauté onion and garlic 3-5 minutes until browned.Add mushrooms and cook another 2 minutes.Transfer mixture to a large bowl to cool.

          I can only guess because I have never re-warmed an entire batch.我通常把我需要的东西放在锅里烤。So I think you can re-warm both batches at the same time and I like to re-heat things at 325 degrees.先把它们带到室温下,一定要把它们盖好,我想大概20-30分钟就可以了。I wish I had the definitive answer but this is what I would do – start checking one cabbage roll at 20 minutes.
